In order to maximize the savings for all our patients we operate as a non-billing office. Your payment is due at time of service, unless prior arrrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.

We offer special, no-interest financing to our patients, so they can put off their payment and not their treatment. By utilizing such companies as CareCredit, Dental Fee Plan, and others we make it possible for our patients to afford the care they need.
In House Plan
Dr. Kaplansky's office offers a private, in-house dental plan to all uninsured and self-employed patients, using an annual enrollment fee for each patient. This non-refundable, non-transferable fee provides approximately a 50% savings based on our standard fee-for-services rates. Included is a yearly evaluation of your dental health and suggested procedures.

Hello and welcome to Dentistry by Dr. Kaplansky. I was born and grew up in the third largest city in Russia - Novosibirsk.
In 1993, after completion of my studies at the Novosibirsk Medical Academy and becoming a dentist, I decided to continue my professional development further in the United States. In 1995, I moved to Buffalo, NY where I was honored to be one of only two doctors accepted that year into the International Dentist program at the University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine. After graduating Cum Laude in 1998 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, I continued my formal training as a resident in the Advanced General Dentistry program at UB.
Since 1999, I've been working for a large and successful group practice in Niagara Falls practicing general dentistry with a special interest in endodontics (root canal treatment) and oral surgery. In January of 2002, I opened my office in Middleport, taking over the practice of Dr. Steven Gouw, well known for his commitment to quality dental care, patient comfort, and his community.
After four successful years in Middleport, my next milestone happened in February of 2007 when I moved my practice to a newly constructed, state-of-the-art building in Gasport that will allow us to continue our growth and provide this community with excellent dental care that you've come to expect from us.
Professionally, I am a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Eighth District Dental Society, the Niagara County Dental Society, Academy of GP Orthodontics and the Academy of General Dentistry, where I achieved a prestigious fellowship award in 2003.
My wife Irina and I have been married since 1995, we enjoy living in Western New York with our son Sam who was born in 1999. In my spare time I enjoy playing with Sam, hunting and scuba diving.
